How is the price calculated?+

You see a full cost breakdown before you confirm: ride type, duration and passengers. What you see is what you pay. No negotiating at the dock.

Can I track my water taxi?+

Yes. As soon as a driver accepts, their boat appears on your map with a live position and an estimated arrival time.

Are vaporetto tickets official ACTV tickets?+

You buy a single-journey ticket in the app and present it at the gate. Each ticket is valid for 75 minutes after scanning. Timetables and connections link straight to the official ACTV site.

I'm a gondolier. How do I join?+

Create a gondolier or taxi-driver account in the app, set your dock location and go available. Requests near you show up in your inbox.
